Tarini Jindal Handa is the Managing Director of JSW Realty, a division of the US$ 24 billion JSW group. Her passion for design and sustainability has been the driving force behind the company's innovative projects. With her background in fashion and marketing, she brings a fresh and innovative approach to the function and form of architecture in the Indian context. Her ability to work with homegrown and foreign design talent is poised to transform the Mumbai skyline.

A passionate supporter of women in the workplace and the arts, Tarini leads an inclusive team at JSW Realty that has a strong representation of women. She actively promotes initiatives that empower women, recognizing their invaluable contributions to the industry. Tarini brought ST+ART to Mumbai and opened India’s first multi-brand fashion store, Muse. In 2022, Tarini founded æquō, India’s first collectable design gallery. This unique venture introduces Western designers to India's rich handicraft traditions, fostering collaborative projects that bridge cultures.

Supporting and promoting the arts is integral to the Jindal family’s legacy. In 2024, Tarini co-founded Hampi Art Labs, an arts centre in South India dedicated to creating cultural links across the Global South through residencies, programming, and collaborations with like-minded institutions and organizations. Balancing a demanding career with personal life, Tarini is a proud mother of three. She resides in Mumbai and is an avid global traveller, continually drawing inspiration from her journeys.
